Agreement to Terms

 

By enrolling your child with Little Dreamers Child Care Services LLC (“Little Dreamers”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as all program policies, procedures, enrollment agreements, and applicable Washington State licensing regulations.

 

Services

 

Little Dreamers Child Care Services LLC provides structured evening and overnight child care services.

 

Specific schedules, tuition rates, and enrollment details are outlined in each family’s individual enrollment agreement.

 

Care is provided through fixed weekly enrollment schedules. Hourly care and drop-in services are not offered.

 

Enrollment & Availability

 

Enrollment is limited and subject to:

 

•⁠  ⁠Space availability

•⁠  ⁠Program approval

•⁠  ⁠Completion of required documentation

•⁠  ⁠Compliance with Washington State licensing regulations

 

Submission of an inquiry form does not guarantee placement.

 

Enrollment is confirmed only after required documentation is completed, schedule approval is granted, and payment arrangements are finalized.

 

Scheduling & Attendance

 

Care is provided based on contracted weekly enrollment schedules.

 

Families agree to adhere to their approved schedule unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Consistent attendance supports program structure, staffing compliance, and child well-being.

 

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

 

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

 

•⁠  ⁠Providing accurate and updated information about their child

•⁠  ⁠Disclosing medical needs, allergies, and emergency contacts

•⁠  ⁠Maintaining required documentation

•⁠  ⁠Adhering to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times

•⁠  ⁠Maintaining respectful and professional communication with program staff

 

Failure to comply with program policies may result in review, suspension, or termination of enrollment.

 

Payment Terms

 

Tuition, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are outlined in the enrollment agreement.

 

Payment is required to maintain a reserved enrollment space.

 

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services in accordance with program policies.

 

State Licensing Compliance

 

Little Dreamers Child Care Services LLC operates in accordance with Washington State child care licensing requirements.

 

All families agree to comply with policies designed to maintain safety, supervision standards, and regulatory compliance.

 

Care services will begin only after official state license approval is issued.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

While Little Dreamers Child Care Services LLC maintains safety procedures consistent with licensing regulations, families acknowledge that participation in group child care carries inherent risks.

 

Little Dreamers shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to emergencies, public health events, natural disasters, or government actions.

 

Modifications

 

Little Dreamers Child Care Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as necessary.

 

The most current version will be posted on the program website. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of updated terms
